Palm Beach Resort & Spa, Labuan

This resort has a lovely private beach and well-kept grounds, making it a relaxing getaway for families. However, the rooms need maintenance, and the management could improve on communication and service efficiency. While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, there were frustrations that detracted from an otherwise nice experience.

I had a lovely weekend getaway at the resort that offered a relaxing atmosphere and affordable prices. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice space to unwind. However, the dining options were limited and a bit pricey, and some facilities could use improvements for a better experience. Overall, it's a decent place to escape from the busy city life, but there's room for improvement.
